HOW WE DID IT
VISIONING
We collaborated closely with Davina and Daniel to refine the architectural design of Casa Luna, ensuring the space was perfectly suited for hosting retreats. We focused on creating a harmonious flow throughout the home, with areas that foster both relaxation and community connection. By optimizing the layout to highlight the natural beauty of Costa Rica, we balanced tranquility and functionality, crafting an environment that supports deep, transformative experiences for guests.
CONTENT
We crafted stunning photos and videos to capture Casa Luna’s Mediterranean design and lush surroundings, using them across the website, social media, and Airbnb to offer visitors an immersive glimpse of the retreat experience.
DESIGN
We crafted a digital presence that captured Casa Luna’s essence, with a website focused on beauty, easy navigation, and engagement. Clear calls to action, captivating visuals, and authentic storytelling helped guests connect with the space before they arrived.
WORKFLOW
To maintain high standards at Casa Luna, we developed templates for emails, proposals, and financials, along with workflows for cleaning, maintenance, and operations. These tools streamlined retreat planning and guest management, allowing the owners to focus on creating memorable experiences.
REVENUE OPTIMIZATION
We meticulously crafted a comprehensive Airbnb strategy aimed at maximizing profitability during the times when the homeowners are traveling, thereby ensuring that Casa Luna remains a consistently valuable asset and a reliable income source, even in periods when it is not actively hosting retreats.
